Nokia 3.1 plus finally gets fixed after 8 months! mine is now build no. 3_15k_sp01. push notifications work on third party apps and I got the October security patch. Better late than never . oh and the size of the update was 250mb

Hi, I have a nokia 3.1 plus and it would not apply the latest update (1204.6MB), so eventually I did a factory reset thinking that might clear the problem, however the problem is now worse, because I cannot even set up my phone unless I do a system update, which it still will not allo me to do!! Getting very frustrated with this issue, I did not know about the OTA update nokia mentioned before and I can't even tell which build my phone is, as I can't access my settings yet!! What can I do please to overcome the update problem .....😫

ps. When the first problem occurred I went out and bought another Nokia phone (a 2.3) as I believed the 3.1 plus was no longer usable. I am disillusioned with Nokia and doubt if I will bother with another Nokia.

cant access recovery mode or fast booot
