I think not..
No. For Navic, it needs hardware to support it. Xiaomi will be the company to launch Navic in its mobile. Its already in development stage with ISRO.
Nokia will be the device launching the navic technology . But the reality is the SDM 765G and few more new SDM series chipset will boast a integrated hardware for NAViC and the mobile makers who uses these chipsets will offer the NAViC technology
SoC Snapdragon 460 and 765G supports NavIC, official Nokia 5.3 and Nokia 8.3 5G not support IRNS. Possible that Nokia 5.3 and 8.3 5G support NavIC, but somebody should be check this use app GPSTest https://github.com/barbeau/gpstest
I would like see in future Nokia 6.3/6.4? modern SoC Snapdragon 690 5G with NavIC on the board 🙂
