No. It does not come with any cleaner apps and I recommend you not to use any such apps. Your phone is smart and knows how much resources it needs for the ongoing tasks and automatically kills the old tasks if the new one needs more resources. The cleaner apps will use your phone's resources which you can keep free by not installing such apps.
If you keep cleaning apps from the background your phone will have to use more resources each time you open the app which if not killed by the cleaner app would still be in the background and easier for the phone to open again.
This way you will have better battery life and performance. :)
On some nokias There is the Google App FILES installed, witch has the ability to Clean unnecessary Junk Data. That should bei enough!
Don't use the Files app to clean junk. It is the most stupid app and will delete all photos it thinks is junk. You might lose the photos you want to keep for a lifetime.
