I have the same problem. Nokia 3.2 with the phone of my mother. Nearly all images lost, nearly all contacts lost and on.

I really wonder why Nokia/HMD is still distributing this buggy update. Bugs are known for at least two weeks. More than enough time to stop the roll out, till the bugs are fixed... Experienced it just yesterday, could have been prevented.

Screenshot removed, SD card has been reformatted, old music and photos are gone and I can't see the photos saved when capture by camera. This all happened after the Android 11 update. Kindly fix the issue. Thanks!

Since downloading android 11 update, I am unable to take screenshots, access storage, download or upload any type of media from whatsapp and browser, unable to take photo from camera.

Please give some idea to resolve these problems.

After the update to Android 11, Facebook and Instagram are not longer opening despite the uninstall and reinstall. WhatsApp can no longer record vn's or view statuses or download media. It has been a month now trying to get assistance with none of the processes tried out with Nokia support work, I even did a factory reset twice already nothing changes. I used Nokia 3.2. Prior to the update, I didn't have all these issues.

So after the dreaded update to android 11 on my nokia 3.2 i had to factory reset in order to get it to start saving Media files like photos, voicenotes & videos... On any app. After I tried 'hard reset' & 'soft reset' even uninstall & re install... Only Factory Reset worked... Sadly this was just temporary... As a week or two later the camara app & what's app reacted in the exact same way... Now I can't save/download any media in what's app... The apps on my phone has to restart like it's the 1rst time I'm opening them ( I have to register or log in) & not eveny camara can save pictures or video...

When will Nokia fix this awfull mess???
