Hi everyone,can any one tell me that there is still bugs present in navigation gesture when playing video in landscape mode?? And phone bottom touch not working in landscape mode playing video?
Latest MR update came with Ui enhancement , and that's true upto some extent , but there are no Big bug Fixes ,the bugs are still as they were before , and secondly Fast charging might have been improved as I am experiencing better charging speed but ig battery drains quicker , So eventually Fixes have again worsen The experience
Since Android 11 update, my 8.1 has stopped the Fast Charging feature. Anyone has any suggestion how I can resolve this? I don't want to visit the service center bcoz they will just format my phone. Couple of months back I got my charging slot changed at the service center, not sure whether it's causing that problem.
So yesterday day I got a chance to get in the service center. Now my phone running on android 10 and bug free ... And I am happy.. if you wanted to keep your 8.1 please downgrade if you have issues with Android 11... And some devices survived with any issues two....
I agree upto some extent ,but that highly depends user usage behaviour, so in most of the cases the sustains very less, so ultimately battery isn't well optimized , this is my personal view
Its not luck, I've been saying the same thing for 3 years now, if you look after the battery, the phone will last, all I got was reported for spam and banned.
I had a 3 day battery life on day 1, I showed proof and I still got reported, so I have no respect for certain people here.
Dear all, I AM SHARING MY WOW EXPERIENCE WITH HMD GLOBAL CUSTOMER CARE FOR MY NOKIA 8.1
Now after a series of communications I am fully confident that HMD Global (NOKIA) is least bothered about CUSTOMER REPUTATION & company will not take any accountability for using poor quality parts in premium handsets, My Nokia 8.1 handset had poor quality display & it developed black lines without any damage just within 18 months of purchase.
It has been a DELIGHT experience as a customer so far just 3 follow up interactions in TOLL free customer service who assured a call back within 2 days which never came. I chose to interact in mail & I got WOW experience where most of the mails are in auto reply template irrespective of whatever issues the customer raised.
I got this feedback from Nokia Care at the beginning that you can try but "HMD will never listen to your issues if it is out of warranty" better you don't waste your time & buy a new phone or get it repaired by paying almost 80% equal cost of the handset cost.
Its because due to not taking part in android 11 developer preview. So now the weight on hmd's nokia is way too much. They have many things to do this holiday season.😂😂

After Android 11 update, something went wrong seriously.
Fast charging stopped working.

Got Android 11 aa few months Ago.. had multiple bugs... So got a chance to downgrade to Android 10 now everything is ok😁😁
Now security patches r also on hold,some how device must get SPs

I have contacted Netflix team as well they're saying it can be solved by OEM only.
