Unfortunately, the buds have started malfunctioning (haven't used for more than 30 minutes till now) 😶
The Right Bud isn't pairing for most of the time (1/10), and if paired, disconnects within a few minutes and only the Left Bud plays the sound. No lights on Right Bud too (just when put inside the case, the red indicator turns on for a few seconds).
I have the same problem with my left bud. The only solution is to put the Earbuds back inside the case and then remove it. Voila, it starts working again. Strange!!!
Tried this. Negative.
When I put the bud into the case, the red light (charging) goes ON along with the case LEDs, and both go OFF in a few seconds (indicating fully charged as per the booklet).
Also, when I place both the buds in the case, the connection is lost (obvious). But if I pull out the Left bud, it automatically gets connected. And if I pull out the Right bud, nothing happens.
Don't know what might be the probable solution to this.
