Android 11 on Nokia 5.3

Great news for you, the rollout for Android 11 starts now!
To provide a smooth rollout, we dispatch the Update in Waves.
Wave 1 includes:
Cambodia
Hong Kong
India
Indonesia
Laos
Macau
Malaysia
Myanmar
Nepal
Sri Lanka
Switzerland
Taiwan
Vietnam
30% of these approved markets will receive the update immediately, 50% by August 05, and on August 06, 100% of these markets will have received the Android 11 update.

Bug- No power menu options, no chat bubbles

It's good to keep VoLTE enabled as it provides better 4G support (calls can be placed without the phone needing to fallback to 3G/2G.
But you can find the related setting in Settings => WiFi and Network => SIM and Network => Choose SIM card => VoLTE (enhanced calling).

Are bubbles not enabled on a ROM level? Or some apps don't support it, but as i see it, the bubbles are quite buggy for many apps.
For the power menu, that's how Google has designed the new power menu, right? You get the options for emergency, poweroff and restart etc.

It's quite unfortunate Nokia 5.4 users aren't hearing anything about Android 11 update. It even seems Nokia 5.4 doesn't exist, I regret buying this phone.

It's rolling out wave by wave. I Also don't have it yet. But wave 1 will be over today.... So let's hope
