Me too. I've been looking forward to the Theming Options for a while. Hopefully with the A11update. Fingers crossed.

For me it randomly soft locks about twice a day, which can only be fixed by force restarting the phone.

Seriously hoping this update fixes my lack of mobile radio. I was on a call when my battery died. I got home and charged it. It took ages to turn on (stayed in Nokia logo screen for 10+ minutes) then when it finally started Android it said finalising update. Okay, that’s why it took so long took so long to boot.
but then I realised I had no signal. Figured it was my provider. Waited an hour. Nothing. Moved my sim to my old phone. Full signal. Not my SIM card, not my provider. Was the Nokia 3.4 that was the issue.
factir restart. Soft reboot, hard reboot. Changed sim slots. Tried multiple SIM cards. Nothing. Managed to get into phone status settings which shows mobile radio information. The radio power toggle was set to off. Toggled it on. Nothing. Returned to those settings. Off. It just refuses to turn on. I have a phone that can only use wifi! It’s an Android based iPod touch!
nokia support were useless and told me to redo all the steps I’d already done. I did them to humour them. Then they claimed it was a bad sim and I must go to my provider despite me informing them all of the sims I tried in my Nokia work in other phones. It’s not my SIM cards! I sent screen shots of the mobile radio power in a forced off position. Apparently it was still my SIM cards fault. Praying Android 11 update fixes the issue otherwise I have a pretty useless WiFi only phone.

Sorry. I think it's a hardware issue if your warranty is still valid I advise you take it back

So basically android 11 for the Nokia 3.4 will be out in the UK by the end of the year. My work phone which is an Oppo mobile will be getting Android 12 at the end of the year/beginning of next year.
I am so disappointed with HMD and Nokia with their support for their phones like the Nokia 3.4 and their customers when I see every couple of weeks Nokia releasing new phones, while we wait for them to update our phones. It as if Nokia don't care about those customers anymore. Security updates this year have been erratic to say the least. When phone customer services all you get from them it is down to your provider and where you live. Sorry both my phone's are sim free phones. Both on the Vodafone network. So that is a load of BS.

Didn't think the UK would be wave 2 you have Germany, France etc. The support chat was not helpful Android release when they release it not when hmd or Nokia release it! Already regretting my purchase might just get a Motorola or oppo

HMD and Nokia only sells phones to Africa and not recognize them when it comes to update and upgrades. Waited for donkey years to upgrade this 3.4 and now that it's out to some "wave 1" countries,we wait another dinosaur months to hopefully find ourselves amongst the 2nd wave and here some users are, waiting for Android 12. Well,my great grandchild will help me upgrade to that if it ever comes

Is this absolutely true that Nokia 3.4 or phones earmarked for Africa are not recognized for software upgrades?
Like Android 10 to Android 11?
Because I'm expecting my new Nokia 3.4 to be upgraded to Android 11 in the wave 2 list since I'm in Nigeria?
But, it seems there's been no information since the recent wave 1 list upgrade!

Seriously? I received Android 11 update 5days after the wave one roll out. Check your phone.

This is surprising to hear that your still expecting Android 11 on 3.4. I had updated mine a week ago. I am in Nigeria. Pls check your phone and try again.

Interestingly my own 3.4 had a factory defect. Which at some point I had to drop it off at Nokia service center for close to 2weeks. You shouldn't wait this long for an update that was released a week ago.

Was there a method you used to get the update faster? I have checked the OTA update in settings and there is nothing

No other method. I just went to my security update..Next thing, it showed Android 11 availability. I used mtn.

It's strange you have not received the OTA. Try using a WiFi connection.

This is really surprising. Just be patience. I believe you will get it soon. Maybe you should try another network provider. I upgraded using Mtn.

I got the update some days ago but I wasn't in an area with stable connectivity, days later when I got to an area with better network I couldn't find the update again..

My VPN is not on. It's really strange how I received the update while you have not but in the same country.
