After update Android 10, I'm facing screen blinking issue with lots of hanging issue in my 2.3. multitasking is not properly working cause it's crashing many times. don't know why. please help me

The same with me as well, I have stopped using this phone now as it gets too much annoying because if the frequent lags, freezing and screen blinking.
You might need to look into the App Running Services* where the actual reason behind all these issues can be found out
*Settings>System>Developer Option>Running Services>Show Cache Process
Whenever I entered my password the phone freezzed and also, the system U I is not responding issues keep displaying after several minutes of freezing
incoming call is also coming slow
How do I solve this hanging and not responding screen at regular intervals
