Thank Vasilis for the comprehensive info on the rollout. I thought we 6.2ers had been overlooked. I know it will be a while before the UK gets it but feel better knowing it is in the mail, so to speak

System animations are lagging, almost all the time. Otherwise it runs quite smooth.
But I was wandering, isn't Android 11 supposed to come with more customization options? Like changing system accent colors or shape of icons? I have again this impression that Nokia 6.2 gets stripped down, basic version of Android...

Charging bug confirmed. Seems to happen with Nokia 7.2 as well. And with this case I don't mean the notorious usb connector hardware failure, but some kinda software bug instead.
So be prepared, some charging problems might arise after updating to Android 11, and reboots are needed.

i will just factory reset and i think most of these problems will be solved, i did it with Android 10.

Sound balancing on headphones messed up totally. More volume in one ear than another. Now way to rectify except mono audio which kills the effect. Very much disappointed. Phone not smooth either.

Do you use wired headphones or bt? Audio source? Which audio player did you use?

After A11 update shooting video is totally impossible because the video file is not saved at all! Cam app has been useless for over a year now. WTF is wrong with you, HMD Global?!!
HOTFIX NEEDED ASAP!!!!!! Hotfix needed yesterday, or actually last year! Nobody can tolerate this situation when several bugs are NEVER FIXED!!!!!

Have you tried another camera app? Please do so and report.
Because if other apps record video normally, then it's not an Android issue, but a Nokia camera app issue. And that should be fixed, not Android.

As far as I can see it is better not to install Android 11 if such serious errors exist

Sorry. But I am sick and tired of this crappy phone and not willing to start testing with any 3rd party cam apps atm. All I can say that the default cam app has been totally useless since Android 10 update. And still is.

Well, mine works perfectly well, especially after the app update that fixed the panorama bug, and still is (except from the file name issue when photos are stored in the SD card).

The SD Card issue is a big drawback indeed. And the fact that when you try and open the default cam app by double pressing the power button, the cam app very often hangs or won't start at all or otherwise behaves oddly. And this has been going on for ages. And no bug fixes or any significant updates are never released.

Don't update to Android 11 if you want a stable, reliable device.
BUGS, issues I've encountered:
- Inability to charge device, says it's charging but isn't, a reboot is needed to fix until issue comes back again.
- Screen sometimes stays on permanently, have to manually turn it off.
- App suggestions in Launcher keep disappearing leaving blank, empty spaces.
We've waited over a year for this shockingly bad and buggy update, never again Nokia, very poor. Hope you at least fix the top 2 issues to make the device stable and reliable, otherwise what's the point.

Just yesterday I wondered why my phone screen wouldn't be automatically turned off as normally. Had to go to Settings to check if my normal Sleep setting (after 1 minute of inactivity) was mystically altered. But it was not. Bugs, bugs, bugs...

It was a third party app. But the problem has solved now. Seems the we are transforming towards AI slowly as looks like the software learning through the usage pattern.

Follow this step may be fix this
same video recording bug is on Nokia 7.2 also and this step solve this problem temporarily.
Go to Settings > Apps and Notifs > Camera app. Tap three dots at top right corner then tap on uninstall updates.

Charging Issue after Android 11 update. After plugging in, it says it is charging but isn't in actual. So, we got to reboot the device and plug it again, until you unplug and the bug is back again.
Plug - Unplug - Reboot - Repeat

Can record the video in camera app but dosent show in Google photos after android 11 update...really this issue needs to be solved asap which is causing hindrance during work...can record through whatsapp and other apps.

So far this update has 2 serious bugs.

Furthermore, the default camera app cannot record any videos anymore, as also reported in this thread. And I am facing the same issue.
@Vasilis Kos. Other apps like Whatsapp or Telegram are still able to record video. It is just the default camera app.

Battery charging issue fixed itself for me, it seems. After several times I had to reboot the phone.
Does anyone have problems with extremely laggy system animations? Like when you switch between the running apps? Sometimes it's so laggy that phone stops responding until I turn off the screen and turn on again.
