And right before this there's a censored message by Lior - it shows up in the forum overview - but his messages are now filtered out.
Confused and angry customers is what you are going to get when you don't deliver a good product or service and fail to communicate honestly about it.
As I understand it Lior Levi had a hardware problem that wasn't fixed by the Nokia importer in his country. Indeed nobody at HMD here seems to care about that, or provided any advice. That's very unlike the Nokia Mobile I used to know.
So when do we get it in Nigeria?
Do you still want to get it if it makes your phone unusable?
they stopped the release for many bugs, they did that for this one and Nokia 6.2.
so my 7.2 still has android 10 which was launched more than two years ago. We’re just guessing they paused the update to fix bugs? Didn’t read anything about that from hmd.
HMD/Nokia Software developement is so poor, not to say laughable....
And you won't read. They never admit this kind of things. But it's certain that this is what happened as the update is no longer available.
How to go back to Android 10? Option for front camera disappeared and camera keeps crashing. I need my camera from time to time for work, this is not good 👎 I also have problems charging my phone...
Will there be any fix updates or has someone solved these problems?
Hardware problems yeah, but what it means from now on?
try to find the stock ROM for Android 10 on the internet and try to flash it.
Android 11 update is a disaster ! Can't use the phone anymore !😤
I think HMD Global employees do not have Nokia phones, so they do not know what problems their customers have with their Nokia phones and broken updates!
I think they should put their iPhones aside for a while and see how Nokia phones work !!!

Personally I still expect to eventually receive the update to A11 but given that it certainly will not change my life.

Can i upgrade the battery of 7.2 to be 5000mah , just dreaming 👌🤓
I was able to downgrade back to Android 10.
I used the following method published on xda-developers

You need to do a factory reset after downgrading, so make a backup before downgrading.
Great that you post it, however it's actually crazy that one has to rely on software of which the provenance is not (fully) known to revert to a previous software version of Android to get the Nokia 7.2 in working order again.
Thx for the tips. I just realized that the camera does not work anymore. I never would have believed when buying this brand i was going to have such issues following an update. Nokia's lack of response is an insult to buyers.👎
