Not recieved Android 11 for Nokia 5.4 yet after 60 days of release
Hello people,
Android 11 for Nokia 5.4 released in India on September 2 and now it is 30 October but yet my device have not received the update. It is stuck at Android 10, it just doesn't show any update available.
My Google Play system update is stucked at February 2021 patch.
I talked to support, they took my IMEI number but not fruitful. They said they can't do anything.
It's been weeks since I have been waiting for my device to get update.
I tried to check with wifi instead of mobile data but same result.
I factory reset my phone 12 days ago, yet no update.
Can anyone kindly help? Know any solution?
Can the developers kindly look into it?
Can support do anything?

I have this same problem. Stuck on Android 10 with June security patch and February play system update.

Go to Nokia care center ASAP, my friend had this same problem and he was told that the unit has a manufacturing defect and got a DOA from them and he got it replaced with another model.

It is 5th December and I still have the same problem.Customer support couldn't help.Did you find any solution since then?

Use the VPN trick to update ... it works fine
