This is a offensive post that doesn't contribute anything to the thread.

Speculating about the developers (it's them who do the software update, not engineers - I think, correct me if I'm wrong) in a civilized manner would also miss the point: it's Nokia who's hiring them and it's solely company's responsibility that we still don't have A11 on 7.2.

It's not as offensive as the attitude of Nokia (or HMD, or call it whatever you want), who's been FOOLING its customers for months with fake promises about updates! If they can't keep their promises as a professional and a serious company, then they should stop producing mobile phones and start making other products, like pop corn or chewing gums! This is by far the worst mobile phones company, in terms of software (OS and apps), I've experienced in my 20+ years of using phones!

So don't tell me about offensive posts! I'm a CUSTOMER who has PAID for the product I've purchased, and I have the right to complain in whatever way I want!

Exactly! It's Nokia's **** up. Then why offending 1,5 billion Chinese people? Some of them are in the same situation as you, waiting for software update. Direct your anger against the company instead.

Besides, you're wrong: you can't complain "in every way you want". There are limits.

11 rolling out again, I just got offered it in The UK. I've disabled auto update, and see what happens

Update seems to be fixing problems with charging. Can't say much just yet. Strangely, I have Google Play Services updated to December 2021.
