Reveived the Android 11 update, and no ringtone anymore

in Nokia 7.2

Who else has this problem? After the update the ringtone doesn't work anymore. All the other tones (messages, etc...) are working fine.

I tried every possible setting, but nothing helps, he just won't ring when somebody calls me!

Who has the solution?

    I don't know what fixed it but I have my sound back when somebody calls me.

    I did a soft reset by holding the Volume UP + Power button for about 10 seconds until the 7.2 restarted. Then I cleared the cache form the Google Play service. I restarted the 7.2 and now the ringtone is back when somebody calls me.

    No other problems after the update until further notice.....

    What worked for me was. Disabling ascending volume for incoming calls under SIP settings.

    To do this, open phone app, settings, calling account, then disable ascending volume for incoming calls under SIP settings.
