Great news for all Nokia XR20 users out there. Now it's time to enjoy the new features of Android 12.
This never worked for me :(
If you're in the European region, pick a country in Europe where the update is available. If you're outside of Europe, don't pick a European country. If you're in Russia, nothing will work because the packages are unique to Russian builds.
Because even though they publicly mark all builds as 00WW, the European builds actually have a SKU tag of 00EEA and not 00WW. Hence, updates delivered outside of Europe (that are obviously tagged 00WW) will not be picked up by the device due to incompatible packages. I tried with European countries first, didn't work. Then I applied the above logic and went with VPN to the USA, it worked!
Hello...how about we Ur customers here in Africa Nigeria to be precise....u neglected Africa totally what's going on.... anyways I got the Nokia XR20 from USA.....how will I get to update my Nokia XR20 to Android 12
You can try using VPN to get the update.

Live captions below the volume bar works great when we switch it on through that but once you switch it off, it refuses to go off and even after switching it off from settings... Had to switch it off through settings and do a restart for it to go off....

I saw many times a XR20 commercial in Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Why HMD Global promoting this device even this model are so limited in regions/countries?
HMD Global keeps promoting this XR20 and it's obvious that this is not available in major markets?
Can anyone could answer this kind of market strategy culture of HMD Global?
Well, where is the second wave for xr20 or do they want to stretch the update for half a year?
I live in the Netherlands. I did not receive Android 12.
Has the OTA been cancelled? If yes, say so.
Okay, the Android 12 OTA has been released about March 28, so a safe assumption is that the repaired OTA will be released about April 28.
That is not to blame the company, but communication is lacking.

Frankly, I think that March 2022 Android 12 OTA is botched and has been cancelled till getting April 2022 OTA.

I live in a first wave country and I can tell you the first wave was cancelled. So you will have to wait for the April update, which has to come really soon.

No matter how ridiculous it may sound, but according to my mathematical calculations, Android 12 for wave 2 will appear between May 20-23.🤣
