No mobile data after Android 12 update.

After receiving the Android 12 update, my Nokia G20 no longer receives mobile data. I have tried troubleshooting it. I have spoken to Nokia technicians as well as t-mobile. It appears to have an issue with the software after the update. Will there be a fix for this? I've tried online forms that suggest different ways to fix it but nothing has worked.

    try this

    settings
    cellular network
    advanced
    Access Points APNs
Just tap on the text on the left: "mobile phone distributor". The right yellow dot must remain activated.
    Open MVNO type
    Select IMSI
then at the top of 3 points: secure
    then back back back...
    Turn off device (not restart)
    Reboot device

    Hopefully this works🤞.

  • This didn't work for me. Can someone screenshot their Access Point settings so I can change them manually.

  • Do what Fixedphone said above "Turns out the authentication type needed to be pap and the apn protocol and roaming protocol IPv4"

Check if your data plan is expired or not. Toggle on & off the Airplane Mode. Verify if your daily data limit is exhausted. Reset Network Settings.

  • First, check to make sure that mobile data is turned on. You can find this setting in the "Wireless and networks" menu. If that doesn't work, try restarting your phone. If you're still having problems, you may need to update your carrier settings.
