Order not shipping. Poor customer support team.

Order on 30th August, i am from Hooghly, West Bengal. Ordered the black colour order #25791.
Contacted customer chat service, they told me that device will be shipped yesterday but it didn't. Today they said it will be shipped, kindly wait and it will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
I am confused if the device is not even shipped how can i get it in 3-4 days.
It would have been better to order on 6th September via flipkart as they provide next day delivery.
Such a shame Nokia for taking orders that you can't cope up with.

    Have no idea what Nokia is doing. Atleast it would have been better if they provided Cash on Delivery but after paying 16k and receiving such poor support is unexpected from Nokia.
    Hoping the device lives upto the expectations. Fingers crossed

    Hello Friend let trend this nokia spam on Twitter then I think we can get our device or money back
  • i don't use Twitter. But good idea
  • The device won't be shipped till Tuesday.  tomorrow and day after tomorrow are off days the don't work on sunday and off-days. So don't think the device will get shipped before Tuesday.

    Its like will take more than five days to get delivered.

  • Why Monday is a off day??

    Or take your issue to consumer forum, they will definitely clear your problem

    My order has been shipped guys and tracking details are shared. Its shipped on 1st Sep. The customer chat guys have no information at all.Today morning only they told me device not ready for delivery.

  • I ordered on 1st September they said it will be shipped on 6th. The day has almost come to an end and there is no response from the company. Neither are they sending the shipping details nor they are replying. Guys I think it was a scam by nokia i guess soon this website will also get closed. We've been robbed!
  • Don't worry u will get your device. I got to know my device was shipped after 1day it was shipped. They give updates late.

    Ekhane Bangali peye valo laglo.. Amaro same case. I've ordered the device in 1st September they said It'll ship by 6th September but... I'm fully disappointed..

    I am getting buyback option , what does that mean?

    yes they are delaying shipment of devices due to lack of stock.
    And if you see buyback option it means there is 95% chance your device is shipped and u will get tracking details within 36 hours.
    For the device, just a hint - the camera is great but the default nokia camera app is high on noise reduction and slow shutter speed so the pic doesn't come out so good.
    Just search Nokia 6.1 plus google camera on youtube...ders a link for the app in a video n its without root also.
    The difference is huge. The pic come out sharo crisp bright even in artificial light also.

  • @ptrs316 i received the device on 4th Sep after 1day delay as it was misrouted by delhivery.
    When the tracking details(awb no.) was shared, it was written Picked up 1st September evening in delhivery website.

    got my awb...expected date 10th sept..lets c...@bithin he should also get awb by today..hope...or pls contact customer care

  • Today I have contacted Customer care more than 3 times... They said "you will get your AWB no when it'll be dispatched"
  • the customer chat service have no clue.....they told me the same thing even after my device was shipped.
