My Nokia 6.1 plus display glass broken very badly after falling from half meter height. It's a clear indication of poor quality gorila glass. But touch screen is working properly. After an enquiry from Nokia care for replacement of display glass, their cost for replacement of display glass is 10500 rupees. Where I had bought the complete set on 15990 rupees. What Nokia thinking about people's ????

    My and my sister Nokia 6.1 plus mobile display glass broken very badly after falling from short height. It's a clear indication of very poor  quality and cheap  gorila glass. Where I had bought the complete set on 15990 rupees. What Nokia thinking about people's ???? This is the way to treat the customer s problem , so please don't  buy the Nokia's Mobiles  they are making product very cheap quality we are buy the 2 Mobiles in my home 2 are broken but screen is working properly

    Its owned by Hmd global..(whose once famous for making chinese products.)

    Now they got a brand..so why they start cheting people..

    My Nokia 6.1 plus glass was broken after falling from the chair. When i was going to Nokia authorize service center for enquiry of display of Nokia 6.1 plus, they told me price about 10000-10500 Rs. I bought mobile around 15000 Rs. What the **** this is ? I think your price distribution is beyond the logic.
    Is they manufacture motherboard, camera,microphone, 64 GB ROM, 4 GB RAM, Sound, and all other electronic equipment just within 4000 Rs. If this is true, then give the mobile with all equipment except display to 4000 Rs to us.
    And your service center service is also not good. Such a lazy person with old thinking. I gone to the Nokia service center at Null Stop, Erandwane in Pune. They told me display price around 10000 to 10500 Rs. Also that lady was not giving attention towards me. While i am talking, she was busy in chatting with someone on Whats App. She only said about Display price and said, " if you want repair your screen then you need to pay display price otherwise you go for the local markets." Such a rude behavior. You are cheating peoples now. I thought that NOKIA was the most reputed company but now i think Its time to change "NOKIA" !

    My phone also fell down and screen broken recently. One Nokia service center said 10,200rs and another one said 14,500rs. I am thinking the mobile is made of only screen. This is very bad. Authorized service centers are saying wrong prices. When i contacted nokia support online, he says they don't have mobile parts cost details. If the service is bad, Nokia will go back to same state as it was in few years back.

    It is better if they establish nokia service centers like they had during old nokia times.

    Okay :/ , here is my painful story... Enjoy till end...
    My Nokia 6.1 plus motherboard got dead somehow (I don't know how it stopped working), and phone is under warranty coz its only 6-7 months now, they need to replace motherboard for free.
    But just because my totally fine working screen has 1mm damage, phone is considered to be out of warranty. So if I want my phone to be working, I need to purchase motherboard costing 18000rs :D
    ROFL... Give me a single reason why would I purchase MB giving 18000rs and not a new phone giving 13500rs.
    And the best part of the story, OKAY they can consider my phone in warranty again if I replace the screen.
    FINALLY I was relived >:) hearing that and was eager to know if I can get my phone working back in 4-5000rs
    **** *** Nokia, screen can cost me 10800rs
    huuuuh
    Again 13500-10800 = 2700rs
    What the ****, Why would I not buy a new phone for only 2700 rs
    NOKIA - Worst screen, worst experience of my life, literally dying hard for feeling guilty, why? I mean why the **** I had choosen NOKIA over MI... :'(

    Bro, one plus 6T display costs 7880₹ , that phone costs 32k ,Nokia 6.1 plus costs around 15k and it's display unit costs 10500₹, Literally Looting customers Nokia after sale services are pathetic. This is my last  Nokia  purchase

     Ism using nokia 6.1 plus from 7 months with my own experience  iam saying  charging port suddenly stopped working suddenly
    After few days my mobile fell into water touch is not working so i gave mobile to the nokia authorised service centre they checkked and said touch is not working ..they ordered screen from showroom after coming to the show room they called me and saiid that ur mobile felt from water so warrenty isnt comsidered so u should pay 10000rs for the screen...what they are thinking is this is a apple iphome or anything 
    Even laptop screen is 6000rs..see how they are fooling their cusstomers..
    Nokia is florting to their customers its completely high bussimes nokia came back becuase which the profit lost since 5ysrs they are incresing the high price in the spare parts nokia is only for name sake its camera also below avg..battery also below avg regular updates u will some auto bright sensor issues or some screen on time issues...nokia products are waste.. i will prove u  beacuse if it fell down from 3 to 4 inches pakka sceen and back pamel will boke.. nokia will say to pay for scren 10500rs and back panel 3000rs total 13500rs.. we can buy new phone nokia will look after u  only before sales by keeping so many posts in social media..and so many advertisements by watching that so many will buy...after  that no one in nokia show  room will take care for ur mobile.. spare parts also isnt available in india we have to wait...for some days.. nokia mobiles are not water proof mobile if suddenly mobile felt o  water means mobile parts gets destroyed for water damge nokia will not consider u under warrenty.  U should pay total mny incliding gst...see..nokia is bakwas product...this is my  honest  review dont buy nokia product.. better buy mi or oppo if u need Googlesoftware with no bloatware buy motorola...its best moto one power equal to same configuration  original in show room price screen cost is  3500rs nokia im showromm price 10500 see thrice from nokia..dont buy nokia mobiles..

    See guys u can go for an authorized person, normally vendors selling and repairing mobile phones in that case u will loose warranty but u will save 8000 because my  brothers phones display was broken too and I fixed it from one vendor who charged me only 2000bucks

    go for an unauthorized dealer whom you can trust. Nokia 6.1plus has three layers in the front panel. the uppermost is the glass and below that it is the touch pad and the display panel. In most cases just the front glass is broken as in my case. I got it fixed for rupees 1280 ONLY.

    Bangalore, Mental torcher to search for a SC to fix it. Display broken, touchscreen working, abnormal Repairing cost, Not affordable. Pity on you nokia, my phone fallen from my car seat to ground, whole display broke. I will not forget this. After a long time I trusted again on this company and product, but I am now literally fed up. My bad, choosing NOKIA above all, Will never ever purchase & will make sure that everyone not to purchase this.

    Such a worst brand. I shouldn't have trust this brand and no-one should.12000 for a  6.1 plus in online and 11000 for display. I was  talking out my phone from my pocket to call Nokia customer care for complaining about the phone and to get warranty. But unfortunately before calling them  only the screen had broken. Lucky Nokia people. Now saying the problem might be because the screen is broken. How sad . And for 11000 not even a proper gorilla glass also they are not giving . Pathetic.... Shame on you NOKIA.......

    Better to buy upper glass only if your phones glass is available on any online sites. 
    Take that glass to the local repair shop to whom you trust more and ask him to get it fixed.
