Nokia 7.1 Now on Android 9 Pie

Has anyone had success with it? I'm scared to try it with all of the complaints.

Sir I m not able to surf the net in Nokia 6.1 plus ..I m using Airtel and I have also activated my net services then to also I m not able to surf the internet

@syscon pls read carefully before you make a fool of yourself. XDA pushed wrong firmware on a forum, not Nokia 🙈

The update error message says it's for the B2N, which is the Nokia 7 Plus. Wrong firmware! I posted this on the xda forum discussion, but nothing has changed.

I have 7.1 TA-1085 and updates is showing Pie very. V3.39A.  Size: 1305.5MB  When I hit "update" it tries to do an update; I can "pause/resume" but I don't know if it is downloading anything or not
Ps. Is Nokia really so incompetent, pushing a wrong update?

I'm not sure this is Nokia's fault. I don't know where xda got this file from. xda may have simply screwed up and linked to the wrong one.

Something like brocken promises: 7.1 November 2018: No pie and no security patch. Hopping: Nokia is not entering the mainstream stuff!!!

What about Nokia 6

I did not find very many stories on Nokia 7.1 successful update to Android Pie.
In addition I'm concern on Nokia battery performance on Android Pie.  There are many horror stories on other forums that Android Pie is battery hog.

My Nokia 7.1 is working well on android 9,  security patch level November 1, 2018, the update was issued automatically.       

Still no sign of Pie on TA-1100

Can someone who has updated to Pie comment on whether or not the Smart Lock trust agent issue -- Smart Lock setting screen disappears and Smart Lock stops working -- has been fixed?

TA-1100 seems to be the forgotten one 😫 no November patch no Pie.... 

When available in Bulgaria for TA-1095

I got my replacement from Amazon since there are no local repair centers, and sending it in and being without the device for days on end was not an option for me.  It updated during first time set up, and I was able to go through the process, and then it jumped back into first time set up and I was able to finish setting up the phone like normal.  So I am on an updated phone now.

Before I mailed my original back to Amazon, I factory reset one more time, and it got to the check for updates part during first time setup, spun for about 10-15 seconds and just jumped to the next screen like it didn't see an update available, or couldn't connect to the server.  So weird the experience is different when the devices should be exactly the same.  Sad to see some of the Europe based customers facing the same issue, and they are on a slightly different model.  Nokia has to get on top of these bricked updates.

I will be very wary next time and update is out to try updating right away without checking with others first.

When available Pie in Bulgaria for TA-1095?!? Just received Oreo November update, no Pie!!! 

Now it happened what I feared  Google is rolling out the December security patch now. My Nok🖕a 7.1 is still on October patch! For a Android one with huge promises ridiculous
