  TTY is for deaf people to recieve their calls in text format. You might have accidently enabled the TTY mode in the settings menu. I can't find where that setting is on Android One device though. 😄

  I have also faced this issue. I just removed sim card and reinserted, now tty mode removed and issue resolved.
