Hi Gang,I'm using the Nokia 7 plus, recently updated to Android 9. When going into settings, text-to-speech has all greyed-out options.

Hi Gang,
I'm using the Nokia 7 plus, recently updated to Android 9.
When going into settings, text-to-speech has all greyed-out options. (photo below)
Then, after installing the Google Text to speech engine, and opening the same Settings (Accessibility), it continuously crashes.(photo below)
Nokia users: Who else is experiencing this...?
@HMD: Is there a fix in the works?
