    Hi, Oups... Please, how can I post ???
    I have just bought a Nokia 7+ and I want to set it up ... But a code is requested as soon as I power up it... (with or without the card)
    Where can I find this code?

    (Note I have power up the 7+ with my nano card and used the access code of my previous smartphone (iPhone 5)... It does not work!)

    The PIN code is ok.

    No, look for something else!
    I have bought it 2 weeks ago and I'm still using my old phone because this one is not reliable.

    Touchscreen getting unresponsive randomly even after January 2019 update. It's been there for months.

    I am using Nokia 7 plus. I have noticed that the media volume is too low even with 50%. Does anybody know how to deal with this. Or is there any Equalizer which can boost the sound. I have tested the speaker and also done factory reset.... Still. So please someone suggested an idea.

    Just need a little update on camera interface of Nokia 7 plus.
    When i click a picture in live bokeh mode with rear camera,  the watermark i.e. "NOKIA | ZEISS" is not shown in the final picutre after the watermark is On.
    Kindly help please !!

    Can you please tell me, how should I get my phone be repaired as it suffered a water damage and its motherboard got short circuited. Now I already know that water damage is not covered in warranty, but nokia care centres ask to get the motherboard replaced which total costs me around 16K. So isn't there any other way to get it repaired rather than replacements, because short circuited boards can be repaired. Or else If please suggest me for any other options available.

    Is there any fix for the recurrent wifi issue? The only fix is to restart the phone and it's becoming increasingly annoying.

    Can someone please tell me how/where I can start a new post/discussion? There is no button :-(


    I have a problem with my brand new (bought it 4.2.19) nokia 7 plus. It shuts down randomly. Today it shut down at 70%, 40% and 30% battery left. The battery icon at the top right went red like it does when the battery is empty. It then says "shutting down" like the battery was empty. If I restart the phone after the shudown it is back on xx % battery power.

    Take a look at the attached picture please.

    It depends on music file you have . Some music has loud sound and some has lower  sound . Use vlc instead of play music

    After you swiping up on Home button, you're in Recent app list screen. Just tap and hold the app icon on the upper middle of the app screen. Then it will show "App info" and "Split screen" option (multi-tasking).

    I also disabled battery saver. 
    I also activate my phone's Developer Option; then uncheck everything in the Background Check in Developer Option.  
    My phone battery last noticeably longer.

    hello there can someone please tell me what did i do wrong.connect the phone {nokia 7 plus}to a car audio or my motorcycle helmet via bluetooth and using the phone data to listen to online radio but every 30 minutes i have to unlock the screen to able to listen again.when i"m in the car well annoying but ok,but on the bike it's really annoying .i have tried everything but it's keep doing it.please help me,thank's

    I have Nokia 6.1 and Bluetooth was not staying on more than 5 minutes so phone would not automatically connect to Android Auto in my car.

    Tried changing lots of settings on the phone but nothing worked. Eventually I started changing Android Auto settings. I turned OFF setting which automatically turns off phone Bluetooth when you connect to car via USB.

    This solved the problem. Turn on Bluetooth now and it stays on.

    So the issue is a conflict between Android Auto app and and phone firmware, but which one do you blame? Just an unhappy marriage that can be saved.

    Hi guys,

    Ive just bought a Nokia 7 plus (my first 'real' smartphone). Can anyone tell me how I can transfer all of my data from my old works phone (Samsung galaxy Xcover 3)?

    I'd prefer to do it over wi-fi as my laptop is still in transit.

    Hi,
    My SIM card and tray are both stuck in newly bought Nokia 7 plus, I followed the instructions on guide, still it got stuck.
    Any ideas on how should I resolve this ?? My phone is under warranty ??
    Will service center people help or will take indefinite time to resolve it ??

    Just purchased this phone recently to say bye to my Samsung Note II.
    Despite all stuff I found in forums things seem okay till now. My only biggie is: do not find option to block private/anonymous callers. The checkbox for it seems to be gone, can only add specific numbers to block. It seems to me that the other software issues are mostly fixed by current updates?

    I have problem when I download some movie , that download but what I have previous that delete. Not happen with camera record, not if I copy from Sd

    Headphone jack behavior has worsened significantly where it plays from he speaker when the jack is inserted. Its happening now every other day after March update and needs phone restart. Earlier it used to happen once a month or so.

    Nokia 7 plus using Vodafone network:
    During any call, the phone just disconnect the call at 15m32s... Vodafone confirmed that thare is no limitation on the network. I sent the phone to "repair" due to this and other problems, like freezing of the screen: they simply re-installed Android 9, which corrected everything except... the 15m32s call duration.
    Anybody faces the same problem?? Solution??

    By far I think 7 Plus is the greatest Nokia phone yet. I am very sad that it has already been discontinued. The materials, looks and feel are OP compared to 7.1, 8.1 or 9 Pureview even.
