In recent times I have not seen such a phone which doesn't support iView . A portal website doesn't open on this phone- http://kiitportal.kiituniversity.net/irj/portal

How about using a different browser to complete the login? Thag should work fine, unless your network itself is having some restrictions.

Both websites are opening up fine for me. I'm suspecting that your network might be having issues. There's no reason for the phone to not support a few websites. Have you tried switching to a different network (Mobile Data vs WiFi) and checking if anything changes?

Not working even after I switched to different networks........ Even my basic phone too support the website.......and I don't If it is the problem of android one platform itself...iView? Need help from Nokia corporation0

I am also facing the same issue. Some websites are not opening at my end. Such as Deezer Corner. Please check at your end. Is it working?

In Google Chrome generally mobile wap is opened. I tried to open the website you mentioned. It didn't open. But when I tried desktop site (option shown if you tap three dots of Google Chrome) site mentioned opened. So, try desktop site option while opening this site
