NPU has spotted that HMD have got a new phone certified in China and Russia, the TA-1114 model. It's almost certainly a feature phone because of the frequencies it has been certified for in China and appears to not be 4G so probably nothing to get excited about.

I would surely buy a basic classic phone like the 105 if only it uses the TYPE-C connector because it is so much more convenient compared to micro-usb when it comes to charging.
I believe that a large portion of users as well as potential users for this phone will come from the more elderly demographic segment of the population. They would greatly appreciate the stronger and reversible and easier-to-use TYPE-C connector as oppose to the micro-usb on one of Nokia's Classic phones
Plus cost of the TYPE-C is rapidly declining and becoming ubiquitous.
Another segment of users who would buy this is the young folks who want to stand out, these folks greatly appreciate simplicity and ease of use, hence, they would find a classic nokia with Type-C much more attractive to buy.
I hope Nokia will launch one and I will be its 1st customer!
> I think they should concentrate for a while on increasing the number of popular apps for Nokia 8110 4G.
They should finish the 8110 4G OS. It has so many bugs. It is FAR from a finished product!
> I just bought a 106. How do we copy contacts to this phone? I see there is not bluetooth in this phone. Does nokia support something like PC Suite or something?
If it has no BT that you should copy the contacts to the SIM card and then to your 106.
PC Suite was so sweet! The best software that ever existed. They should make it work with the new phones!
