Hi Nokiaholics,
I am using Nokia 6.1 (2018), after the Pie update there seems to be some issue with the incoming calls. I am able to receive the calls and answer but the problem is that the caller ID is not appearing on the screen, not just when I am using any other apps, but also when the phone is idle. The phone does vibrate, but I have to swipe down the screen to see the caller details.
I tried all possible things, ensuring notification on, restart the device etc. but this particular thing has not yet been solved.
Can someone help me out..

Go to setting>Apps& Notification>Phone>Notification>Incoming Calls>Behaviour>Select "Make Sound and Pop Up On Screen". This is the fix
problem solve guaranteed 💯
