Hi guys My nokia 7 plus didn't get the November Security update Help me guys how to reveal it.

    The OTA update did not include the November patch... You can try installing it manually here though: https://community.phones.nokia.com/discussion/12003/just-installed-november-patch-manually-ota-update/p1

    Android update depent on country but it will come don't worry about this.
    If in your country update already received but you won't get. Please try this step.

    1. Go to google play services...And uninstall update and restart your device.(your gmail id may be delete)
    2. After restart may be you need to login your gmail id for login google play store.
    3. After login play store google play services updating in background or you will find notification.

    After again play services update.
    Restart your device again....
    After restart .....Please try to check update.

    yeah, it seems none of them has become the november patch.
    there's no one with november security bulletin entry

    You performed any manual update before ?

    Your device comes with locked carrier ?

    Well, it's March 2019 and my Nokia 7 Plus still on August 2018 security patch and Android 8.1. Thank you HMD for support on this 400€ phone!🤮

    Did you change anything? Installed "strange Apps"? Unlock Bootloader? Rooted? Anything else like this or is it left like "out of the box"?

    Firstly Rollback to Oreo by official Rollback method then check for update to pie & that should take the November MR.

    I did not rooted it or installed any strange app but mine still on May 2018 security patch and Android 8.1.0

    Download and flash WW 3.39B November 2018 Full ROM from here and after that you'll receive the updates, worked for someone with similar issue. Please make a backup of your personal and important data before flashing as you're on 8.1.0 and the ROM is Android 9.0, it would erase all the data on the phone.

    I'm also stuck with Jan/2019 security patch. My phone says it is "up to date", but obviously it is not.
    No root, no strange apps installed...

    I tried Wifi (it is OK - Google play updates are working) and mobile data. Nothing works.
    I do not want to "sideload" anything (it doesn't seem to be safe practice)...
    Nokia should fix this.

    Is there any other option than factory reset (besides of sideload)??

    Well, I think your "issues" with sideload are ill founded, the update process checks for the authenticity of the package before installing, I don't think there are any issues with it.

    For any option to be available, we have to know the reason for updates not working which we don't. So, AFAIK there aren't any other options.
