There are many things that can cause this - any app that bothers you - Memory too full - long no restart started
In case of problems, in most cases a software reset will help, all data will remain. (Press 15 seconds volume + and ON / OFF switch at the same time) If it does not help, the device must be completely reset. If that does not work then it's best to contact the Nokia support or dealer.
