WORST PHONE AND WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT & SERVICE

I ordered Nokia 6 on 23 August 2017  with Order number 404-2335286-4497135 from Amazon and received it on 30th August and activated it on 1st September.


From the date I bought this Mobile I am continuously facing the issues of mobile getting switched off and not starting without hard reboot...and many apps not responding.

I went to Nokia service center (SERVICE SOLUTIONS, Jandu Tower R-30/ 31 Opp Hira Sweets, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi, 110092). They kept the phone from 25th September to 11th October with and repeatably saying part is not available... and took 25 days for this but after receiving the phone after 25 days I am still facing the same issue...When I called the customer care (complaint number : 87057), they are saying go to service center again. When I again called the Customer care they told that your Complaint number is closed and you have to open new complaint number and created complaint number : 93937 again on 8th November and till now I am not getting any satisfactory response from Customer Support. they repetitively saying we have already handed over the issue to relevant department from last 10 days. 

Please return the phone and refund my money. I don't want to suffer anymore because of you.


This is letting me think that this is the biggest mistake of mine that I bought Nokia Mobile and not to buy any Nokia phone in future. It has been around 3 months and after Investing 15000 Rs still I am still without phone because of your Support.

Yes they called me saying the same mugged up line that please wait while we are looking the issue.


This is the worst service and customer support I have seen. Totally Irresponsible people.
