How do I know if Ozo is working in video recordings?

I’m convinced that I have some sort of microphone fault or something because I’m it impressed with the sound quality when recording 4K with the stock camera. I have tried adjusting the modes. Is there any app or built in diagnostic that can test ALL the microphones for functionality? It’s really difficult to work out what’s what just be listening or blowing on different sides but I would generally expect much more stereo separation than I’m getting, and the sound quality as a whole seems a bit harsh too. Anyone else? Thanks
