how long does it take for support to respond?

I have some pretty severe issues after the update: Mobile data completely not working Unable to send SMS via any app When can I expect a response? It's been a couple days already, so I am wondering if I should just roll back in the meanwhile...

If you roll back you will lose all your data, so before you do that backup anything you don't want to lose and try a factory reset. If this doesn't resolve it then yeah request a roll back. I will be honest I've not encountered any of these issues, my device has been running better then ever with the Oreo 8.1 beta.
