My Nokia 6 mobile, was bought 4 months back
Within 2 months of use, it suddenly got hanged.
In a while the display went blank.
I took it to the service center. They repaired and gave back after 3 days.
But, still i observed issues in touch and display.
A few hours back, the device got hanged again. Its not responding, and is heated.
After getting it from the service center, I have starte facing more issues.
It gets hanged every now and then. Touch screen doesnt function properly, I cant type anything.
I have updated all the softwares, but no use. It seems to be problem with hardware only.
Even the battery gets drained so fast. None of their promises seems to be true.
I trusted NOKIA, they promise good products and even they deliver us, but now this is their service.
I tried to contact to Nokia care, but no response from them.This is cheating to your customers.
Please let me know a solution to this. I am very much unsatisfied by the device.
Its only been 4 months, and there are so many issues.
I dont have any other phone as a replacement, I cannot give the phone at service center everytime.
Please provide a feasible solution.
Please revert back asap.
