Hi, Anybody Purchased Nokia 7 Plus and facing issues in getting the 12 month Accidental Insurance from Servify ?
I Pre-booked Nokia 7 Plus from Poorvika Mobiles and purchased the phone on 30-Apr-2018. As part of the launch offers there was a 12 month free accidental insurance on Opening Kotak 811 account through the phone. I have opened the account, deposited Rs.1000 & also completed physical KYC also. But I have not received any communication on the accidental insurance. Also on contacting servify, they say, Kotak Bank has not given any go-ahead on my device and Kotak bank call centre says they are not aware of any such offer.
