5Ghz wifi networks are not visible

By the specs I see that the Nokia 2 should be able to connect to 5Ghz networks, but they are not getting shown to be selected. Do I need to change anything to make it work?

The Qualcomm spec sheet for the Snapdragon 212 says it is 802.11n (2.4GHz), i.e. it does not have 5GHz capabilities.

Thanks @Murph, this is interesting, as the Nokia website states the following under connectivity: Connectivity 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/AGPS/GLONASS/Beidou, FM/(RDS) reference: https://www.nokia.com/en_us/phones/nokia-2#details

That's basically consistent with Qualcomm. Although Qualcomm don't explicitly say b/g/n, it's a defacto standard that n-2.4 usually includes the older b & g standards (both 2.4 GHz). The only thing missing is that Nokia don't explicitly say 2.4-only, but it's strongly implied by the lack of a & ac.
