I will share my experience with you about Nokia customer support.
I used almost 1 hour to get status on repair of my phone. I informed them repair number and IMEA number, and they talking about DHL number. Employee in customer support are not educated to take care of the customer.
I closed the chat with no status :(. Waste of time....
I will never buy Nokia phone in future reason bad customer support.
Absolutely agree...and the service centre they have are far and remote not sure about the quality. Bad decision to buy a nokia phone at this point of time.
I am so lucky to seller took my phone back. I have now purshaded One Plus 6 and are very happy with that :)
