Not charging in cold weather

Hello everyone, I'm having an issue with my Nokia 6 which is brand new, and when the room temperature while I sleep drops under 15°C, the safety feature that protects the battery triggers and I get the "unable to charge due to low temperature" notification. I was just wondering if 15°C is the right threshold in which this feature activates, since (to my knowledge), lithium batteries have issues charging at sub-freezing temps, so 15°C seems a little overkill for the safety issue. If that's the right temperature, no problems, but I just want to make sure it's not an actual issue with the device, since it's still on warranty (bought it last wednesday). Thanks!
