I bought my Nokia 6 in Saudi Arabia last March 2018 and right now I experience problem where I can't charge my phone. Right now I'm staying here in the Philippines. Can my phone be fix under the warranty here in Philippines Nokia care center? It was still within the warranty.

Your warranty is in the support app on your phone as that's where mine is and is also on the insurance I took out as well but that's where it's at the support app
