One of the worst and most harrowing experiences with the Nokia customer care centre.
Most of the time the executive speaks English with a heavy accent. They are almost always unable to help.
And after a few preliminary questions and with a successful attempt to irritate the caller (us) they ask us to take the phone to the authorised service centre.
When asked to transfer the call to their supervisor they refuse to do so.
Two glaring example of totally disgusting conversations : With Mr. Yash on 26.06.18 And with Mr. Irshad Khan on 27.06.18
My trust in the Nokia brand is totally lost because of these two gentlemen.
I wonder if this is the same Nokia which we have come to respect over the years ????
