I am Shailendra Mishra purchased Nokia 6 Mobile 31.03.18 from Amazon.in
I cam across problem of Mobile not getting charged, i contact NOKIA service center in Chennai (VEE TEE Communication Pvt. Ltd Keelkattalai, Chennai , During technical verification it was observed liquid damage in device.i have accepted the finding and agreed to do part replacement on payment basis.
Date of device handover to service center : 09.06.18
Target delivery committed by service center : 18.06.18
Till date i am not getting firm commitment from NOKIA representative , i have raised complaint on toll free no. 18001028169 Complaint no. 380560. But from there also no satisfactory response.
Now they are again committing 2nd week of July 2018 .I am not having any contact form escalating Matter hence writing in this forum.
This was really bad experience with NOKIA service in today scenario where one should not take one month for repairing mobile phone which is now becoming a daily need.
Hope i can communicate my problem with this forum to Nokia India
