Yes same problem I'm also facing I already asked customer care by online chat they told me it just a feature and there should be Volte option in handset also and same model number
There are telling one step to follow I tried those steps also but there is no Volte option in my handset please kindly look into it and make Volte work
Why because we gave 26000 for mobile phone which the is no Volte means it is waste to use

I'm having this same issue with mine in the US on MetroPCS' network. MetroPCS and Nokia customer service were unable to provide any help. It's so frustrating to be unable to talk and use data at the same time!
