Order placed money deducted but order I'd not generated

Hi all I have placed an order for Nokia 6.1 plus in Nokia website. The payment was successful I got the pay u I'd and confirmation mail regards to the payment but I didn't get the order I'd from Nokia team I don't know whether I will get device or not. Order history in my profile is empty. Now what I have to do how to get the confirmation whether I will get device or money will be reimbursed. If not how the claim my money back.

I raise the complaint but no use they are giving exact reason for this issue
