I have ordered Nokia 105 Dual Sim on 01-Sep-18 with full payment already made on Payu.
Ordered Number: 27974.
Issue: The Product arrived but delivery person asking for payment because in Payment mode it
was mentioned as Cash on delivery instead of Prepaid.. So the product was not delivered
And I called delivery customer and they informed to check with Nokia care.
When I called Nokia care they have created ticket - 518925 but no resolution till now.
I have also sent mail to Support ID but Rakesh Prasad from team informed us to request delivery boy talk to us on Nokia mobile care.
But when I insisted delivery boy they not agree to speak and they needed Prepaid bill instead of COD, same communicated to Nokia but till now no response.
Note: The mistake was done by Nokia team by sending COD bill so please call Delhivery team and take necessary action.
Can you please update on the above issue
