I have ordered a device Nokia 6.1 plus 6Sep and Today it's 10Sep and Nokia haven't dispatched yet my product. I asked many time for my order status but i am not getting any satisfying answer for my query. It is the worst experience i have ever in my life for a cellphone. I was a big fan of Nokia but after this i sure i will not be a fan any more for following reason.
1) The worst website i have ever faced in my life no direct login page.
2) Customer support executive are worst. They will never tell you the truth about your product status.
3) Delivery and dispatch team and the entire system are worst then any other company in the world.
4) Not showing product order status.
5) Please take a look on following screen shot and you will understand the worst experience about nokia.
