Payment successful but order not placed

Hello there , I have tried to place my second order for the Nokia 6.1 plus on 2nd September at around 9pm. After completing the payment process I received a confirmation mail from PAYU ( payment gateway ) , in the mail they provide me the transaction ID. Now the problem is I haven't received any order confirmation mail from Nokia and also I can't see my order or any related information about this transaction in (nokia.com/phones ) My Nokia order history. I have raised a complaint regarding this issue and it's been also 7days now but my request is still in no progress. I tried mailing to Nokia help support but they are not giving me any reply. I shared them my Transition ID , email ID , Phone number every thing which is required. But they are not taking my request seriously. Kinkar Ray (kinkar.rayxx@gmail.com)
