Check Warranty not working

'Check Warranty' provided in the website is not working.

The 'Check Warranty' button doesn't appear highlighted even after providing the required information like place & IMEI number.

Well spotted! I tried it and it doesn't work for me either. I put in my IMEI and the button is grey; if I add another digit the button activates but when it's clicked I get this message:

"The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in a little bit."

If I delete the extra digit the button is still active but still doesn't work, I get the same error message.


This needs to be fixed.

FWIW, the Support app on the phone > Warranty and insurance, works. (For me, in Europe, the original reciept from the store is more important if push comes to shove). -- Hans

If it's not working, is this https://www.nokia.com/en_in/phones/support#warranty necessary  in the official website ?
