Regarding product and payment process

I have purchased Nokia 6.1+ and payed through net banking. My amount has debited from my account. But almost 30-40min I didn't get any response from ths Nokia website. After I send a mail to the respective department, then they send one message. After this I log on to my account in this website. I try to track my orders. But it shows your items were not found. Now who will be the responsibility of my money. Till now I don't know wether my order has confirmed or not.
