I tried to purchase Nokia 6.1 Plus but at the payment gateway, it showed payment error but the amount got deducted from my bank account. I also got a mail from PayU saying my transaction was successful. But there's no orders in 'My Orders' section. Either send me the phone or refund my amount.
Or I have to go for consumer forum?
I think they are cheating with us we should go for consumer forum and case under Online Fraud & Mental Harassment.
I really much upset from Nokia , I can't believe companies like nokia can do or do something like that.
