I am Jay from Pune India. I had ordered Nokia 6.1 Plus mobile on 19.09.18 from Nokia store portal and paid the amount. They initially agreed to deliver on 24.09.18 (It was showing on their delhivery courier portal), but until 03.10.18 It has not reached to me and none of Nokia care representative nor delhivery people are responding in appropriate way.
If they can't deliver on time, they should return my money or cancel my order, but they are saying that this is not in their policy.
Can anybody assume if that product will not be delivered to me even after a month then what they are going to do?
I faced worst delivery and customer care team in Nokia.
I am frustrated and strongly recommend not to buy any product of this company.
